Serves: 1-2
You will need:
- 1dl shredded coconut (ideally fresh)
- 1dl toasted almonds with skin
- 2dl chilled coco-rice milk
- 1/2tsp vanilla powder
- 2tsp agave
This yummy, healthy breakfast will have keep you full until lunch guaranteed!
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender until the consistency is smooth and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon, a garnish of mint leaves and your favourite fresh or frozen red berries.
I personally tend to opt for sliced strawberries or fresh blueberries, but frozen berries are also a great alternative as it keeps the porridge taste super refreshing.
