My favourite smoothie!
I’m yet to make this for anyone who hasn’t loved it!
Blend the following ingredients together until smooth:
- 1 Handful blackberries
- 1 Handful raspberries
- 2tbsp Organic peanut butter
- 1 Big handful almonds
- 2tbsp Chia seeds
- Cover with your favourite plant based milk – I prefer coconut or rice milk
