Are you a fan of herbal tea? I am! In fact I absolutely love herbal teas, especially with Rosemary.
You will need
- 2 Fresh rosemary sprigs
- A whole orange
- Honey (optional)
- 500ml water
This is a wonderfully tasty way to enjoy rosemary which is a medicinal herb traditionally associated with improving memory and the circulatory system. Not to mention the added benefit of the vitamin C from the orange too!
To make this citrusy tea, simply stew two sprigs of rosemary and a whole sliced orange in some hot water for 10 minutes.
Then you can drink it as it is, or if you have a bit of a sweet tooth, add a little honey too. I often bottle some up, cool and refrigerate it too, as it makes a great healthy, refreshing alternative to water too.
